Recruitment Specialist

We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist on behalf of our client to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising job openings to conducting interviews and securing top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish job ads on various recruitment platforms.
  • Engage with potential candidates through professional networks, social media, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria for open positions.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified applicants.
  • Facilitate in-person interviews for roles across all seniority levels (junior, senior, executive).
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
  • Design, distribute, and evaluate candidate experience surveys.
  • Train and advise hiring managers on best interview and assessment practices.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
  • Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Proficiency in sourcing strategies via social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset towards hiring.
