HR Administrator

We are looking for an HR Administrator, on behalf of our client to manage, to support HR department in various administrative tasks related to employee management and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel administration activities and processes: creating, updating and archiving employee files, ensuring compliance with employment contracts and addendums, and handling contract terminations.
  • Administer the employee database (Colorful) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain employee files and documents.
  • Issue certificates requested by employees (e.g., seniority, contribution period, maternity leave, unemployment, etc.).
  • Manage transnational secondments: prepare and submit the necessary documentation to authorities, ensure compliance with labor conditions, provide support to employees on secondment, and monitor their status.
  • Prepare reports and records for compliance and auditing purposes.
  • Provide administrative support to employees regarding contracts, benefits, leave, and official documentation.
  • Offer assistance with HR-related inquiries and administrative processes.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum intermediate level).
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
